  The crowd is very mixed here. Lotta people don’t know how to pick up after themselves and their dogs between the geese and the dog droppings such as these you can’t really enjoy the green space. A lot of things that you learn once you move into a community that’s for sure beautiful spaces cute townhomes definitely a good step in the right direction towards being independent, but the crowd is very mixi and Insurance went up moving to this side of town. I’ll just leave it there. Alot of postings about there’s a lot of work, that’s been done to upgrade the communities, but I see more signs about it than I actually see upgrades being done. The sauna is a mess vandalized w graffiti not really functional but there’s no knob literally. The exterior of the townhomes literally the doors are ugly worn beat up like some serious stuff happened here outside of the buildings and literally falling apart. It’s gonna be an interesting winter that’s for sure and like someone that previously posted about the roads, they weren’t kidding. It’s very peaceful and very quiet though over 4/5 on safety. That’s definitely the depending on what side of the community also very low traffic. Depending on side. The peace n quiet That’s also a plus but a lot of people don’t clean up after their dogs and that is such a turn off. My rating is three because the overall sense of Community is definitely there And it’s a very convenient area and you’re close to everything and just remember you will be paying all your utilities your rent is literally just your rent so if you’re someone that’s not used to that be prepared to put on your big girl pants or big boy pants.

  Went and checked out the new pool at the grand opening pool party last week, and let me tell you, it was a whole vibe! The staff were super nice and courteous and went out of their way the entire day to engage with all of the guests! The decorations were also on point! They even provided a bunch of beach balls and pool toys for all of the kids to play with. They barbecued and provided food, fruit, snacks, and drinks for everyone that came. The cotton candy machine was the cherry on top! 👌 Great event, great community, the kids had an amazing time and are still talking about it 3 days later. Can’t wait for the next one!

  I attended the pool party at village club apartments of Farmington Hills and it was awesome! What a great way to showcase appreciation for your residents. Christine, the property manager, and the rest of the staff did an amazing job putting together and hosting this event. From the decor details to the food, awesome pool, music, and positive attitudes, everyone had a stellar time! This staff clearly works together well and have a lot of love for what they do. I even took a walk inside the club house and their basketball court, fitness center and yoga studio all look very clean and inviting for the residents. Overall, fantastic experience!

  Had an absolute blast at the pool party hosted by Christine, the amazing manager! She was such a welcoming host, making sure everything ran smoothly. The food was delicious, the staff kept things professional yet fun, and the chill music set the perfect vibe. A little boy even told me, ‘This is the best pool party ever,’ and I totally agree! Highly recommend this spot for an unforgettable time!
