  GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 👌🏽 Third one is a charm, they say. I called OneHour, Mr. Comfort, then as I was driving to work, the Viking van was in front of me and I called the number on the back. The owner answered, such great customer service and so personable and professional, transferred me to his assistant Stephanie who is GREAT, we set the appointment for the following week (it took OneHour two weeks to set up my appointment for the following month). Jake and Dana came early and took GREAT care of my vents. Jake explained quite a bit about the situation with my vents and the process, he set the expectation as to what and how it was going to happen. Jake is extremely personable, approachable, and down to earth. Dana also friendly and approachable. I give them 4.5 stars out of 5, only because they stepped on my brand new carpet without covering it, which I know some places have something that sticks to it, and there was vent residue on my bed which I would have covered with plastic if I would have known. We live and we learn. Though I did ask if I needed to move or do anything. Again, 4.5 out of 5 is extremely good. I highly recommend Viking, I've already told a few friends and my boss to hire this company. Hands down I will hire them again when I purchase my forever home; already told Jake about it. Thank you Viking 😊

  Viking replaced a water heater located on our second floor. They were very responsive and offered a good price vs big box stores They installed a Bradford White heater, vs. the lesser brands others offered. The installation team was very professional and polite during the removal and installation. Unfortunately, a drain from our AC was removed during and not properly reinstalled which resulted in condensate from the AC leaking into the room below and causing drywall damage. I reported the problem to Viking, and was pleased that the woman I spoke to was very apologetic, stating that the matter would be referred "to the owner." However, apparently the message never got sent or was ignored, so the 2 star rating is due to that lack of concern. I cannot recommend Viking.

  Used Viking for approx 5 yrs for furnace/air check ups and dryer vent cleaning. Always professional and do good work.

  Jake and his co-worker did a great job. Punctual and experienced, no mess. Cleaned our dryer vent.
