  I can’t wait until my lease is up. This complex is very poorly managed and not worth the money. The hallways are always dirty and smell bad, dogs are allowed to leave messes inside, and kids constantly run around knocking on doors. Parking is a nightmare even with a permit, there are rarely any available spots. On top of that, people throw eggs on cars, and management does nothing about it. Despite advertising amenities, there’s no proper gym or pool. Package are being stolen and stuff are left in the hallway like it’s a donation center making the building look really ghetto… When you call the office, they don’t address the problems. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere you’ll regret moving here.

  DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Management allows just about anyone to live here and there is dog poop in stairwells. They constantly raise the rent and don't fix problems. Stay far away from The Views!!!

  I had a positive experience from the moment I signed the lease to the day I handed back my keys. The location, right at the corner of Ogden and Royal Saint George Drive, is incredibly convenient and just steps away from a grocery store, restaurants, a gas station, and even a forest preserve. The staff at The Views were consistently accommodating and friendly, always ready with a warm hello around the property. Alejandra, in particular, was wonderful throughout my time there, always keeping me informed about on-site events and activities. The community engagement efforts were a nice touch, from food truck gatherings to distributing canned goods and turkeys around Thanksgiving. This is a safe, welcoming, and accessible area and easily one of the better living options around. Thank you for being a home to me for the past two years.

  Just horrible. Don’t move in here unless you want your packages being stolen every day and dealing with RUDE management and leasing agents that couldn’t care less. Also, if you move into the 799 building, be prepared that the entrance door is broken for months now, and anyone can enter the building so the safety is zero. Again, nobody cares enough to fix that. They charge like you live in a decent building with facilities, but what you get is no mailing room, packages beings stolen ALL THE TIME, no pool as well ( they decided to renovate it in the summer :) )
