  This is a beautiful community when people actually clean up after their dogs. Besides the dog crap everywhere (which the maintenance team ensures to pick up after nasty people) it's a clean community, not counting the bugs, webs, spiders and frogs. Resort style pool, but it's not salt water, it's chlorine. The rooftop club houses and gyms are amazingly big. You can shoot pool, work on your laptop, or go out onto the rooftop deck to see the scenery and enjoy the seating area with ceiling fans. It's a beautiful community and big bedrooms too. Everything is short though, like the kitchen and bathroom cabinets and refrigerator. If your tall, you may develop back problems. The appliances are outdated but brand new. The washer and dryer is outdated but brand new, it destroyed my expensive comforter and my purple dress but it washes clothes. You cannot use your own washer and dryer which sucks because my machine never destroyed my comforters or clothing, but my machine is updated and doesn't have the middle tumbling piece in the washer. Maintenance is awesome, the entire team is wonderful and very helpful. Management is extremely wonderful, they care about every concern and they're all great people. I love this community and I plan to enjoy it to the fullest. This community is number 1 for me. 10 stars.

  I had a showing with Colleen, and her customer service was outstanding. She was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to really understand my needs for a new living space. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was covered. I highly recommend checking out this complex—it's beautiful!

  My wife, 2 year old son and I recently stopped by to get a tour. The apartments and grounds are beautiful. The amenities are excellent and the complex has plenty to offer. We couldn't believe how fast the process was from application to signing a lease. Colleen walked us through step by step and was very communicative. Any questions we had were immediately answered. If you're looking for a new place to call home we highly recommend! Once again big thanks to Colleen!
