  Denise was beyond pleasant and a pleasure to have her assist us during our dinning experience. Our experience was beyond what we expected. Customer service is definitely Ms. Denise’s forte! Please commend her for her excellent service!!

  Excellent Service and Great Food I always enjoy dining at the Vienna Restaurant inside the Miami Airport Hotel. The food is consistently good, and the service is outstanding. Christina, our waitress, has served us several times—always friendly, attentive, and professional. Honestly, every server I’ve had here has been excellent. Highly recommend it for anyone passing through MIA.

  The ribeye was excellent ! The service was rapid and professional. The waitress Denise was very kind and welcoming! For the ambiance I put only 4 stars because of the weather (warms raining and the restaurant was almost empty....) Not their fault thought... I recommend!!! A sign more visible could help to bring clients maybe..... Thank you!

  Sorry but the person that take my order was very rude. With so many restaurants around can belive this lady is treating clients so rude. The restaurant was almost empty only one person. She was not comfortable taking the order or answering my ququestionthe person was Dennise. The mash potatoes had no gravy.

  Viena is truly a hidden gem! From the moment we walked in, the warm atmosphere made us feel right at home, but what really elevated our experience was our server, Christina. She was attentive, friendly, and had the perfect balance of professionalism and charm. Christina recommended we start with the beef empanadas, and I’m so glad we listened — they were perfectly crisp on the outside, with a flavorful and savory filling that set the tone for the meal. For the main course, she suggested the skirt steak, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Cooked to perfection, juicy, and packed with flavor, it was one of the best I’ve had. Between the incredible food and Christina’s thoughtful service, Viena easily stands out as one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. If you’re looking for a spot that feels special but isn’t overhyped, this is it.
