Our family has a severe gluten allergies. To find a gluten free cafe where there is no cross contamination is wonderful. That and the experience they have baking gluten free breads, cakes and cookies led to a very pleasant experience. I would recommend to anyone that has celiac and anyone that wants to limit gluten intake.

This had to have been THE BEST place I’ve been in Ashland. First, the food is soul-pleasingly delicious! Tastes homemade and fresh. Their sweets are my favorite (um Gluten free cinnamon roll!!) And the whole vibe of the place, especially when there’s live music…love it! Can’t recommend it enough. You’ll won’t regret it. And Brazilian owned which means quality, beauty and FUN!

I can't imagine Ashland without Vida at this point. Delicious food (and drinks), welcoming atmosphere and staff. They have fantastic live music, especially on First Friday, when honestly, Vida feels like the center of the universe, with a lively crowd that pours out onto the street in the best way. Definitely worth checking out, whether you are gluten-free or not!
