  Dr. Rubenstein has been our Veterinarian for our cats and dog since 1989 and if we ever get another pet, their first visit would be to Victory Veterinary Practice. He used his skillful hands, not scans, to examine and diagnose. He’s gentle, yet got the job done. I wish some human physicians would use the hands-on approach, rather than treating lab work and tests. Can I give Dr Rubenstein 6 stars? 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  Although I could not find the dental surgery I need for my dog at this office, Dr. Rubenstein was kind enough to take my call and direct me in my search. We took our family dog to this office in the 1990s, and I have never forgotten how compassionate and caring Dr. Rubenstein was when we had to put our dog to sleep at that time.

  Nice staff, comfortable and homie atmosphere for our pet. She loved Dr. Rubenstein he was reasonable and our pet Lady was happy. Best veterinary it took us 45-50 mins to get to him because we reside in Brooklyn but definitely worth the trip. 😁 I highly recommend him.
