  The owner would put more cabs on the road than there was business for constantly. Drivers working 80 hours plus a week struggling to pay their bill so that the owner could stay wealthy. When the son took over it was much better because he act like he actually cared a little bit about human beings - too bad they couldn't stay in business against rideshare.. the drivers tried to tell them what was coming and they ignored. They did not see the writing on the wall nor did they want to change.

  I wouldn't ever choose to use this service again!!! Because it's a rip-off!!!!I took a round trip to the store up the street from my house and they charged me $16 and when I use other services it's only $8.50...When I inquired about why they were charging me that much I was told it was because they needed to make more money off of their trips.... It's wrong to charge your customers double the fare...The owner replied to my review stating that they had been closed for months but I used the service less than a month ago and I stand by what I said...

  Not surprised that they went out of business. When I first started with them, I made a lot of money but I started making less and less because of crappy drivers. It's like how am I supposed to pay for my cab if im not making any money.

  I went to store around the corner from my home. driver had no meter, and I asked what was the price, he charged me 15.00 for ride right up the street and back home. He just made up his own price, no eye contact just rude . Didn't speak English. Will never use this place again.

  Victory Cab is very reliable. Their cabs are always on time and clean. The customer support, especially the dispatch working in the morning, is excellent. He is always helpful and quick to respond. I highly recommend Victory Cab for dependable transportation.
