  Víctor has been great! We just moved into a preowned house. They were honest enough to keep the main components of the old system and just set up the new service using what we already had instead of replacing everything. Bill installed what was necessary and made sure we knew how to work the alarm before he left. Robin and Eric were an absolute pleasure to work with. They answered all our questions and made us feel like family, not just customers. Thanks Victor for making us feel safer!!

  Victor Security is fantastic! After 27 years with my current BIG National alarm company, I was sent a 30-day cancelation notice unless I agreed to spend thousands to purchase a new alarm controller and pay $110/month for monitoring so they could change the phone number to their new call center! I spoke to Eric at Victor Security; Eric was confident he could help me. He offered their 24/7/365 monitoring at a fraction of the monthly cost I was paying, and with no need to replace my current alarm system! I few days later Eric visited, precisely when he said he would. In about an hour, Eric completed the programming, changed the telephone number to their call center, tested the fire and burglar detectors, he even replaced a troublesome backdoor sensor...all for a few hundred dollars! I feel foolish having been a decades long loyal customer of the BIG National alarm company... they don't care a bit about their customers! I am thrilled I found Victor Security; they are tenured experts in their industry and care about providing excellent service and value to their customers.

  Victor Security always gets back to me very quickly if I am having a problem. Staff is very helpful and kind and take their time explaining everything.
