  Very nice place. New apartment. There are clubhouse, gym, bbq, swimming pool, mini golf. The stuffs are very nice too. My family are happy to live here.

  It has been a very good experience staying at Vibe apartments. The administration is very flexible in accommodating the needs of the new and existing residents. The move in and move out experience was very smooth and Zennia was terrific in managing everything without any issues. The units are spacious and well maintained and the maintenance team is prompt in resolving queries and issues. If I have to nit pick, the only downside was the entrance system to the enclosed underground parking. It is not key fob based. A a paper tag is provided with a number which needs to be scanned at the entry. It was a bit challenging because often the scanner is unable to read it and you have to move the tag around and hope that the scanner will pick it up. I would request the team to consider moving to a key fob based system which will be much easier to operate.

  We are very grateful for the outstanding support we received from our apartment manager, Zennia Calabia. Recently, we had an issue with our underground parking, and Zennia worked incredibly hard to resolve it. She went out of her way to help us every step of the way, always staying respectful, polite, and professional. Her communication was clear and consistent, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. We truly appreciate her dedication and the extra effort she put in to make sure everything was taken care of. Overall, we are very happy with the way she supported us and feel lucky to have such a helpful and caring manager.

  The apartment buildings are still new and the customer service is excellent. Zennia is very helpful and patient. I will recommend to friends and family.

  Don’t move here unless you are happy with this amazing shower noise every morning and evening! Maintenance requests are not being fulfilled for months. I’ve been living like this since March 2025, nobody does anything about it. Stay away. If you don’t shower - don’t worry, there are many other issues you can get busy with in this building, you’ll definitely stay engaged.
