  There is a good taco place and a nice bar on the lobby floor, a small pool area, and it is a very social place where the staff are nice and the guests have a good time. My elderly parents have stayed here for a couple of weeks and they felt safe and cared for. The rooms are really nice; small but have most necessities. Note: no microwave and the fridge is extremely small. The beds and pillows are super comfy and the bathroom is pretty spacious.

  This room was booked based on location as it is close to Mill avenue. Unlike all other Best Western properties several expexted amenities are not there and in fine print they are not there. No breakfast and in house restaurant is $100 plus for 4 people . No hotel coffee. No fridge no microwave no coffee in room. .No balcony or couch as advertised in pictures. Rooftop bar does not exist and was not open our entire stay. Pool does not have anywhere to sit that is shady and no umbrellas on tables as in picture. The pool is very small and sad looking. There is no hottub or sauna . Hotel Bar downstairs was never open and unmanned entire stay . Out of all the reasons I booked this hotel, none of the amenities I booked it for were available my entire state.

  Here's the lowdown Breakfast and parking are not included. $100 incidental deposit required every room, fully refundable at checkout, no cash accepted. Guests may bill to room checks from bar, restaurant or lobby snack market with amount being deducted from incidental deposit. Lobby bar and Willie's Taco Joint open till 10pm, rooftop bar is open based on occupancy and availability of bartending staff from 4pm until 10pm and not later due to noise ordnance from tempe pd. All rooms are 2nd to 5th floor, there are no guest rooms on the first floor. Pets are allowed, with extra fee & signed agreement with 2 dogs allowed per room. Call for info. Early check in and/or late check out is available based on occupancy and availability, possibly for a fee. Housekeeping is not daily unless requested, put do not disturb sign on door turned over for service or advise front desk prior to 7am for service that day. Front desk can provide toiletries & towels outside of Housekeeping hours. Pool is heated, towels there poolside. Free wifi. Fitness center 24 hour access. Front desk 24 hrs.

  Great place to stay. The room was spotless staff is friendly. They have a taco shop in the lobby. Great atmosphere!

  I booked four rooms at this hotel for colleagues to stay over the end of April 2025. Since then, this hotel has charged my credit card 15 unique times. Yes, you read that right- 15 times for four rooms in that checked out four months ago. Most recently, I was charged August of 2025. Nearly four months after check out and somehow they are still running my credit card. The manager does not call back or take these fraudulent charges as a concern. The front desk people are empathetic but unable to be helpful. I absolutely would not recommend this hotel based on integrity, customer service, or professionalism.
