The food was outstanding, the service from our wonderful waitress Lyss was the best we could have had and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I never have liked peppers until I tried them on their warm bread with oil and parmesan cheese, so I was introduced to a delicious new thing! Wait staff was both attentive and patient, as my friend and I took awhile to peruse the menu (it was our first time there). After a delicious meal--I had shrimp scampi, I forget what he had was called, but he enjoyed it very much--we realized that we had stayed a few minutes past closing time. When we apologized and asked for the bill, we were not rushed at all. In fact, the gentleman in charge had overheard us talking about how we were there doing something for both of our birthdays, he brought us two cannolis on the house to take home! We will definitely be visiting again. For sure!!! Also, our waitress recognized me from a previous establishment she'd worked at, which sadly is not currently in business. It had been awhile since I'd been there, but I used to frequent it as a habit. The fact that people like her work there make the place feel like home, and very comfortable. Thanks to her for her great service and for remembering a familiar face!
- TTTonyOct 22, 20255.0A hidden gem, we were in town for the Chicago marathon weekend and had the privilege of dining here. The atmosphere, food and service were all exceptional. I had the spicy penne and my wife had the spaghetti. Both phenomenal. The bread was also amazing.
