  A hidden gem, we were in town for the Chicago marathon weekend and had the privilege of dining here. The atmosphere, food and service were all exceptional. I had the spicy penne and my wife had the spaghetti. Both phenomenal. The bread was also amazing.

  My partner and I came to viaggos for the first time last night. We had amazing food, the atmosphere was wonderful, our waitress was amazing! Here's comes the but... I was shocked by how unprofessional one of the managers Angel behaved during our visit. This individual was extremely loud, openly swearing, and speaking to employees in a very rude and demeaning way — and all of it was visible to customers. It was uncomfortable to witness and gave the impression that staff were being treated poorly. As a customer, I expect a business to foster respect and professionalism, not only for customers but also for employees. The way that Angel  treats their staff sets the tone for the entire experience, and unfortunately, this behavior left a very negative impression.
