  I am late to the party!! Our experience was actually back in May of this year. My Claire has Myasthenia Gravis and Mega Esophagus and is very susceptible to aspiration pneumonia. My vet sent me to Athens for an open pyometra surgery. There are many protocols that have to be taken with her conditions. This place was AMAZING!! When I say they accommodated every single protocol, they nailed it. She had to have her surgery on a tilted table because she cannot be laid down flat, she cannot drink water so they hand fed her ice chips, she has to eat sitting upright and it is a certain food, they fed her upright by hand. She stayed overnight and the 4 times i called during the night to check on her, the staff was super understanding and sweet about it. When I picked Claire up the next day, I could not have been happier with the whole experience. She had zero issues after surgery and healed beautifully. I wish I could give them 100 stars for the amazing job they did with my girl!!!!

  I am very upset with the service we have been receiving. When we took our dog there for a broken front leg we paid the bill. They told us that that fee also included the next visit. We took her to her next visit and they charged us again. She is due to go back to the vet on Wednesday for another recast and her cast fell off this morning. I called the vet office to explain that to them and their team basically told me that they will move her up two days and go ahead and recast it, and I’m stuck with paying another fee. It’s not our fault that when they put the cast on for the second time, it did not stay. I will not be going back to this veterinarian clinic. I am very disappointed.

  What is the point of making an appointment for 2:00 p.m. and told reason for making appointments is to be able to get you in and out. It's 2:30 still waiting to get just shots that's it nothing else.

  I'm pretty grateful for this hospital. My husband and I were walking our dogs about 2 weeks ago and a small kitten wandered up to us with 0 survival instinct. He had a big nasty wound on his back that waw infected and smelled like death. I couldnt leave him it's just not in me. We took him here and we're straight with the Vet about where we were resource wise. Here we are 2 weeks later and his back is healing beautifully and he's doing great.

  Cropped my pups ears. Seemed to do well. Don’t know yet, but the follow up visit has been a horrible experience. I was told to drop my pup off at 8:30 and it would take a couple of hours to rewrap his ears. I drove an hour to get here and 3 hours later I’m told 2 more hours. Why was I to be here at 8:30 if he wasn’t going to be tended to until 11:30. Now my whole day is ruined. Everything I planned has to be rescheduled and of course. The vet doesn’t care about schedules. 2stars…. They work on their own time. Okay, after seeing the crop job on my puppy’s ears I have updated my review to reflect the amazing job the surgeon did. Amazing job and I am very happy. Despite everything. My pup looks great definitely deserves a 5 star on the crop itself.
