  **EDIT**August 18 2024 The floors are a mess. There were small things that needed to be addressed, trim and such and we were assured it would happen. Then the buckling started. They came out a few times to fix it but couldn't. When we moved in this year we found out how poor a job they did. Buckling, drywall dust in the corners, lifted pieces-all because of expansion. We have tried numerous times to get a response but they've gone radio silent. It looks like they'll need to be replaced and that sucks as we wanted all this done before we moved in. Not to mention the money we'll have to spend. Google won't let me load the video of the flooring squeaking and bouncing because of the almost one inch buckle! Any problems and you're screwed. DO NOT USE THEM! We have had the pleasure of working with Will De Rosa, Chris and their team and are delighted with their work.. They were efficient, honest, clean and completely transparent in our dealings replacing our flooring (due to a previous bad install). As with any work with contractors, it was important to be clear with expectations. In our conversations as the work was progressing, it became obvious we wanted some changes that were not planned for. There was no problem with that and because of some other costs that weren't necessary, we weren't charged extra for the extra work. So unexpected and appreciated!

  The staff at VetCor of Hampton Roads are simply amazing. They are very professional and really care about satisfying the customers. We hired them to repair our ceiling after a roof leak. And we are 100% satisfied. The staff arrived on time , introduced themselves and worked very hard. Chris was amazing with communication throughout the entire process. Thank you all for Caring and doing a great job.

  My home pipes leaked and damaged my laminate floors. VetCor came and did an impeccable job replacing my floors with luxury vinyl flooring and I paid extra to have the carpet replaced on my stairs with the same. The supervisor, Chris is a perfectionist and pays close attention to details. He has the best interpersonal skills I’ve ever encountered with a contractor which made me feel extremely safe and comfortable!!! Look at my lovely staircase…thanks VETCOR for your SUPERB SERVICE!!!
