  You don’t get what you pay for. The elevators are down all the time, there are things that have been broken for well over a year that they haven’t bothered fixing, and they have an inability to stay on schedule with anything. The building is in a constant state of construction, yet somehow nothing ever gets finished on time. There are newer buildings nearby, this place should be a place of last resort.

  I’ve lived at Vertis for over 9 months now, and it’s been a great experience! Huge shoutout to Makaya and Dwight for their amazing customer service — they’re always so helpful and friendly. And special thanks to Emma, who made my leasing process smooth and really sold the Vertis experience!

  Sunset is one of the best I’ve seen here, thanks to the unobstructed roof top view. My favorite spot is the pool deck! Leasing team and concierge service is great! They host nice events like movie nights, wine nights, etc. Yoga on the lawn is one of my fave.
