  Working with Marty was an absolute pleasure! She made the entire process fun and stress free, helping me select the most beautiful blinds for my new home. She was incredibly patient, had a great eye for style, and knew exactly what would look best in each space. Marty was always quick to respond and such a joy to work with. I couldn’t be happier!

  Great customer service. I can in the store with my dimensions. They made some suggestions. I picked the color I wanted . I put a deposit down a week and a half latter I picked up my new blinds that I love.would highly recommend the store.

  First of all, as a returning customer, I have to say I am more than disappointed. My disappointment is not in the quality of your work—which I have always trusted—but in the way I was treated when I began asking questions about the estimated quote I received for each of my windows. I believe every customer has the right to see a clear breakdown of the prices provided. Unfortunately, one of your employees did not share that view and responded in a manner that I found unprofessional. This type of communication is unacceptable, and customers should never be treated in such a way. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it reflects the importance of maintaining professionalism and transparency in every interaction.
