  The management of this place lie out of both side of their mouth. ELS owns the park and are only interested in your rent payment. Bring any concerns to the table and it falls on deaf ears. The HOA is a joke. They play no role as a liaison between mngt and resident. A glorifide social event planner is what they boast about but the events they host are wornout and no one goes to them, except for the sophmoric clicks in the neighborhood. Don't live here, not to worry. You can still use all the amenities the park offers bc mngt won't stop you. They actually encourage it. As of 2024,there is no current prospectus, yet they make new rules they never tell you about or put in writing. Think long and hard if planning to move here. The place accepts anyone 55yrs of age or younger. You can have as many pets as you want regardless of weight, bread or aggressive behavior. They are quick to write a pink slip on you if you have a twig hanging over a gutter by 2". Use caution and wise thinking before your move.

  Went here for garage sales and there were many with friendly people. Very nice park.

  Have some friends that live there. All these type parks have issues of some sort of another....like privacy or overnight guest , even pets. As far as I can tell , though....this place looks great AND the mind there business unless it warranted. Nice place....I'm actually considering the move myself, lol
