  I have a three tank low pressure septic system that could no longer pump water up into the leach field. After Vernon‘s people verified, the pump was running strong. They advised me that the Leitchfield was clogged and needed to be flushed out. They realized I was in a tough spot without a running Septic system and scheduled me in for the next morning. By three in the afternoon, the job was complete including caps on either end of the Leitchfield so in the future, I could do the flush the field myself. They really saved the day!

  Vernon and crew did an excellent job constructing my pipe and gravel leach fields (gravity drain) to replace my failing plastic "chamber" drain-lines. The Bastrop community is very lucky to have such a professional, that is very knowledgeable of the trade, high standards, superb communication, physical business office, and reasonably priced (I was so impressed I paid him extra). They obtained a proper design by a licensed sanitarium, worked with the county for permits and inspections. They made the excavation and construction look easy, always checking elevation with laser transit to ensure the proper slope/s. As a retired engineer, I'm often underwhelmed or many times disappointed in SOME aspect of a project such as this. In this case, EVERYTHING was perfect (start to finish). Well done and thank you!!!

  After reading so many good reviews about Vernon Tuck i decided to try them. Excellent customer service and did a great job very quickly. 100% recommend them and would use them again. Good people!

  I was initially given a quote for 3,000.00 to fix my septic. After I approved, the owner called me back explaining there was a miscommunication with his tech and the cost would not be 3k. The total ended up being 800.00. They could have charged me the 3k and I would not have known any better. This type of honesty is rare and the reason they should be on the top of your septic install\repair list.
