Excellent service! The plumber arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had everything fixed in no time. Professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. I couldn’t be happier with the results, Highly recommend!

Prompt, efficient, thorough, and accommodating. Chris went out of the way to accommodate our requests, performed service in time projected, and with high quality.

Christian did a great job swapping out the handle in our shower, providing advice on our water heater setup, and advising on a plan for the removal of an old water filter system. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again.

Nothing was done. I do appreciate Chris’ honesty about no guarantees on the success of the water heater flush. Quote for camera inspection was way too high. Was hoping for some discount since I never received photos after 2nd repair of main sewer line.

After having a terrible experience with Michael and son services, a corporate chain.who sent a completely unqualified plumber to my home, who couldn’t even locate the water main valve . While he paste at the end of my 75 foot long driveway, vaping texting and talking on the phone for 20 minutes. I took things into my own hands and called the fire department… The Fireman found the valve in about seconds, Then left me to deal with this incompetent plumber. Without as much as moving a ceiling tile in the basement, he wrongly told me my pipes had burst (in 60° weather. Aggressively he stated “ For $14,500, which is a great deal, we can replace all of your pipes and set you up on one of our service plans.” I politely showed him the door. After I had the water removed, I had a plumber. Come from my home warranty plan. He turned the water back on, and nothing started to drip through the ceiling. He confirmed my belief that the pipes had not burst, Checked the upstairs powder room under the sink and then moved the refrigerator out. Within 10 minutes, he had diagnosed the problem. It was an extremely slow leak from the refrigerator waterline. Have been built up for months to a year as a waterline is about an eighth of an inch thick. I digress, I’m now in a new home and have gone through to in-sink garbage disposals in a year and a half. I educated myself and learned that insinkerator uses galvanized metal under lower and models, which corrodes within weeks of installation and has a one to three year life expectancy. I bought a top of the line professional model that was lauded in the reviews on Amazon, but most of them, noting a high difficulty of installation. I was referred to Vern by my friend Cybil. I called them Monday morning August 25, and had an appointment from 2 to 4 for Wednesday the 27th. On Wednesday I received a phone call at 12:45 letting me know that my plumber was running early and would it be OK for him to come? We agreed on 1:30 PM and exactly at that time my doorbell rang.. Nathan introduced himself, greeted me and my dog warmly, it was extremely professional already having protective covering over his boots. He was easy to talk to, quote with me a reasonable price (the in-person estimate is free), I agreed and he got to work. From what I can see, he studied the manual once and got to work. For all the hoopla written in the Amazon reviews, he had it installed and record time, only had to go out to his van once, and was extremely personable and friendly. I’m happy I was able to patronize a local independent business that has extremely seasoned plumbers working for them. I highly recommend their services and will absolutely use them again.
