  The service technican contacted me by text and call that he was on his way for the service appointment. He was friendly and very knowlegable and provided feedback on my pool equipment. I will continue to use Venture Pool Company in the future.

  We had our pool equipment replaced w this company and that was fine. We were also supposed to have our pool remodeled with them too but didn’t move forward. Herman kept telling me what I wanted wouldn’t work even though I repeated to him I didn’t like his porcelain selections. And that I didn’t want to have porcelain all due to the likelihood of slipping. Guess what, I found a company that was able to do what I wanted - sand blasted marble, with no issues and it turned out beautifully. To annoy me even more was there was a credit on the account and Herman was not willing to refund me “ As Oscar indicated in an earlier email if you choose to continue with Venture Pool Co. we will roll over the balance of 1,526.72 to the next stage of the project. If you choose to go with another pool company in breech of your signed contract we will just co spider it a wash and will release your from your contract.” Really? Do yourself a favor and work with Linda at Great Escape Custom Pools. She’s great!
