- CScraig smithNov 10, 20253.0I have always had a great opinion of this office until today. I needed what I considered minimal lab work done on my upper denture. I had lost a tooth out of the denture on a Friday. Called the office and they tried to help me the best they could at noon on a Friday but were unable to get the denture to the lab that late in the day. I was given an appointment Monday morning to drop the denture off to be sent to the lab. Received a call from the office that afternoon asking me to come in at 4:30. At that time I was told the change for the repair was $300 dollars. I was beside myself with that amount after having more extensive work done on my denture before with an hour of adjustment to it for considerably less than that. No one came to the front desk to explain why it was so expensive. I was told that’s what I had to pay. No explanation! Not Venice’s best!

I appreciated how detailed she was and how she explained everything so clearly. She also gave me great advice about dental implants and made the whole process easy to understand.
