Velux Commercial Skylights has the innovation that the market needs & is asking for. They are an excellent resource for providing product training and education.

I arrived to leave a raw material, and 1 of the 2 women in the driver area, was not very polite to me, and the worst thing was that I did exactly what the other lady told me to do. So they treated me with little respect and work ethic.

Terrible customer service. Everything is late. After weeks of "searching", they can't figure out where part of order is or if it is even in production. Was told by "customer service" that 90% of their orders were behind schedule or couldn't be tracked. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

bad quality, tricky warranty and a highs price. Find another company. Update. After the initial review the company replied, however, after communicating back, once again I was told: "to take a hike" . 2 years after the installation the skylight started to leak due to the substandard insulation. This summer the outer layer of acrylic glass cracked multiple times. The roof is locked and protected by the alarm ( the building is next to the brooklyn bridge in NYC , very secure ) . I considering to drive up to Mane to the small claims court. Very disappointed in the quality of the item and horrible customer service. NEW INFORMATION: someone from Velux DMed me on Twitter. Will keep posted.
