  STOP LOOKING THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!! The vet Robert Kaplan I believe, is very compassionate. And on point up to par by far my furball loved him. After going threw er channels came here for a check up. And the staff was the best, Michelle went above and beyond. Timothy at front desk is dedicated to every aspect of getting your animal the help he or she needs with a smile. This place is excellent and will definitely be coming back. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH I ALMOST LOST A PIECE OF ME AND YOUR FOLLOW UP AND PRESCRIPTION WILL KEEP HIM PURRFECT!

  If I can give this clinic more than five stars I would I avoid the vet because of past experiences the wait times they have you wait the pressure they put to make you do unnecessary exams and end up with a huge debt my apt was at 3pm and they saw me right on time I am truly pleased with Doctor Kaplan for once I’ve felt relaxed and not fearful of asking questions regarding my concerns for my cats without the fear of the doctor telling me or pressuring me for a test or unnecessary exams . I also want to thank Timothy and Vanessa at the front desk they were super friendly and helpful Im definitely sticking to this clinic as my primary for both of my cats it was a very pleasant experience thank you :)

  The front desk staff is absolutely disgusting. No manners, absolutely rejects people and dismiss anything you say. “You don’t have an appointment”, I show them my appointment confirmation and says “well there’s no vet anyways so just go to the vet down the street”. Why are you even open if you don’t have a vet available? I did not have the energy to argue so I just walked away. Save your time and don’t even inquire with these clowns.
