    My cat had his most recent physical and neuter here and was well cared for. The staff loved him like I do and that means a lot!

    Took a kitten we found in this morning due to lethargy and not eating after him acting normal for the past 24 hours. Was told we could have a “free” exam. While I understand nothing is free they kept telling us how they needed tons of diagnostic testing equaling thousands of dollars. When told we could afford all that they sent us home with a general antibiotic for 220 dollars not even bloodwork or a rabies vaccine Included. It’s unfortunate vets don’t actually care about animals we were just trying to do the right thing in taking care of a kitten we found shame on you

    These guys are so kind and accommodated me on a tight schedule to secure my two cats travel certificate and got them to me on time. They were patient and understood my sense of urgency and acted accordingly. The staff at the front desk and Dr.Luci Mehr were top notch and took care of my kitties so well while doing a physical exam on them. Forever grateful!

    Awful experience on the phone. I called here for some advice as my regular vet was closed, I don't know which doctor I spoke with (Australian accent or similar) but all she did was interrupt me and talk over me and had the audacity to tell me "I'M SPEAKING, we speak nicely to people", how ironic. I didn't feel like my concerns were heard at all and I was quite upset after that call. You would think people working with animals would have a little more empathy and patience. Do better.
