  My husband and I recently had our taxes done here. There was a large error made, which I discovered myself, and they had to be redone. We understand there is human error, however we did our part, by bringing in all numbers, including 1099 data. Even though they hadn’t yet been filed, it was still an inconvenience, and a large difference on the bottom line. Rather than just a simple apology for them “not having checked the box, “ we would have expected the work to be double checked. We are not receiving any reduction in the fee, for this poor professional service.
