I witnessed the female security officer who has a supervisor’s badge and was working the front door being extremely rude and unprofessional. Her behavior was unacceptable and should not be tolerated especially for someone working at the front door.

I had emergency aneurism surgery at Baltimore Washington and not only did they mutalate my leg, they treated me horribly sent me home twice with infection still in my body with no one to take care of me causing me to exert myself and develop a blood clot after they did a bypass that is causing me swelling and pain still a year later and they refuse to do anything about it. They ruined my life!!!!
Took advantage of their FREE Vascular Ultrasound Imaging Screening today. Easy to find, easy free parking near entrance to a *very new* building. Easy & fast through security, then vascular center check-in was faster than I could fill out paperwork when tech called me into exam. Extremely clean exam room & *latest equipment* for sonograms. The tech Matthew was very knowledgeable, efficient, and answered ALL my questions ! . . . total time from parking to get back car was < 45min.

I first developed symptoms of severe PAD in 2006 and a femoral popliteal bypass was performed in early 2007, when the Vascular Center was relatively new. I have since had a variety of procedures performed (known as the big surgeries and the little surgeries) and have, at the very least, been back every six months. I have come to know the sonogram techs and the nurse practitioners well and have been operated on by Dr. Flynn, Dr. Benjamin and Dr. Neschis. So it is with experience and conviction that I can say that the team at the Vascular Center has kept me healthy and functioning for more than 13 years. I have found each member of the team to be highly professional, excellently trained, and engaged with their patients. They are caring and honest, and, when staff has left or retired, they are replaced by people of the same high skill and integrity. I am grateful to have them 15 minutes from home!
Staff was nice but failed to inform me when I asked when booking appt from a referral given to me ,that seeing them would go into my ins deductible .So it was a shocker when i got the bill for 1,206.00 and still no treatment.I could and should have gone to the Vein Center of America.Atleast there unsightly new shoulder and arm veins could have been removed with that money. They had told me they rented space from the hospital and were a seperate entity..Hard enough being a self pay patient @850.00 a month just for me..I had to since drop my insurance .
