Good luck calling in. Trying to find out if they have a part I need. First call, get transferred to parts department, after 30 seconds on hold, get hung up on.
Second attempt; over 6 minutes on hold. Multiple times through the hold, phone rings briefly, I can hear voices/background noise in the shop, and get sent back to hold.
Who actually needs who in this situation? There's a ton of parts suppliers, and your shop is only one of them. We, as customers, can find what we need someplace else.
If this review persuades even ONE potential customer away from your business, I'll consider it a victory.

**EDIT** While I'll agree with the owner that my phrase of "get bent" is pretty harsh, please understand that, as mentioned above, my call was taken off of hold several times for a split second. During those instances, noise in the shop could be heard. I could briefly hear people chatting and laughing, only to be returned to the hold without any acknowledgement.
My phrase choice, while harsh, is equal to the inferred dismissal of my inquiry. Your employees couldn't be bothered to provide service, in effect and without words, telling me the same thing.
