  Don’t call them. They will ask you $2000 immediately after you call them, even before they know the service they need to provide. Thy don’t know what are they doing.

  Way too expensive (for half an hour labor and no parts over 500$ ) for a small Cafe service.. then quote another higher fee if they have to replace parts

  Don't use them for anything! Charge way to much money to not properly diagnose the issue at hand!

  3 separate phone calls to the Portage location. 3 times being transferred to 3 different people. 3 voice messages left in 3 days. Finally received a call back. Had to move on to the next company. Originally posted a 1 star...bumped up to 2 star since I got a call back
