  This review is long over due. This company installed my roof 3 years ago. It took awhile to get on their schedule, but this worked for me as I was unsure of the color and roofing grade. Megan and Eric, Dan too were so patient with me throughout the process. They went out of their way to show me stock samples as well as located roofs of the color I might be interested in. I always felt they wanted me to be satisfied and did not rush me to make a decision. I am tough about making decisions lol. The installers were polite and professional and their work was quality including the sky light installation. They were very expedient and left the premises in pristine condition. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to do business with them again ! And I love my new roof ( Appalacian Sky).

  I used this company in the past and had a good experience. I signed a proposal for work at a different property well over a year ago, September 2021 to be exact, and they have not completed the job. No communication whatsoever unless I reach out to them. I would likely not use them again. Totally unreliable.

  Our property suffered interior leakage from June and July rainstorms, and when we contacted Van Duesen, they quickly did an inspection and gave us an estimate, which we accepted. We were scheduled for early September, and were told if they could, they would do it sooner considering the leaking. And they did, re-flashing the chimney, ridge line vent and replacing two skylights (which had leaked) on August 12. The rains from the subsequent tropical storm caused severe flooding in the village. There was no leaking in our house, Van Duesen’s expert repairs and installation saved the house from further and more extensive leaking and damage.There was no increase in the final invoice from the estimate. When the roof needs replacing, we will call on Van Duesen Exteriors.

  I hired them to replace the cedar siding on part of my house. They did a great job at a fair price and cleaned up after the job was done. We plan to hire them to replace more siding on other sections of our house in the future.
