  Friendly staff, good prices. I like that if you get tires there you get free tire rotations for the life of the tires after that. High quality tires. I'm on 7 years and they're still good. I like the new online service review system with photos attached of the vehicle. Like most of these places they offer services to "up sell". However they aren't pushy which is greatly appreciated. The interior could use some repairs/update. Walls crumbling, ripped chairs, etc. Also, they could use an online appointment scheduler. It's hard to get in sometimes and having it online would help.

  I brought my vehicle in to get a simple leak inspected and to get a quote on the repair. After about 30 minutes, they had me come back and pointed out rust on my subframe and a new leak, separate from the one I originally had. I was confused at first since there was no puddle in that spot in my driveway, but didn’t think much of it. However, after the inspection, I was blown away that the mechanic hadn’t noticed the original leak yet, even though it was extremely obvious from under the lift. After another 10 minutes, they finished inspecting the original leak and gave me quotes for everything. Conveniently, the new leak was the only one they said they could fix that day. The following day there is now a new puddle under my car and regardless of the small chances that it could coincidence I will not be taking any vehicles back there and would suggest being caution with repairing your vehicle here.

  I needed my oil changed and Van Zeeland’s was able to fit my service in during the 4th of July holiday week which I appreciate greatly since other shops in the neighborhood chose to close the entire week or are closed down for business due to construction on Commercial Ave. I will continue to use the auto repair shop for these reasons! Great service excellent customer service!
