  I couldn't be more pleased with Kurt Van Sciver and his firm for my contested inheritance case. Kurt was very professional and efficient, is a good listener and his questions always cut to the chase, was patient in explanations of the legal requirements and many phases of the documentation, handled the negotiations for a settlement without me having to be present, kept me well apprised for meeting him at the 3 court appearances and filed the many papers that were a part of closing this up legally. His cost estimate was spot on and he stayed within budget. I would definitely recommend him for Trust & Estate Law.
