I will definitely be going to this Van’s in the future. I went here to have my pads and rotors replaced. Chris was extremely helpful and described the problems very well and made sure I understood everything so that I could make a decision before they did the work. Very affordable price as well. ~$150 less than other estimates.

Hard workers at this place. Chris and his team took real good care of my Honda Civic. Van's, you guys made a good decision stealing Chris from Midas and making him part of your team. Great customer service all around and my vehicle drives amazing.

I cannot trust their techs after my servicing. I took my car here on 10/15 to get it aligned for $99 after my entire front-end assembly was replaced. It felt okay before having the alignment but after they aligned it, it was noticeably awful... the car started veering left even if I overcompensated to the right. I called to have this alignment re-done and the soonest they could get me in was 10/21. They did call the afternoon the day before to try to fit me in, but we had obligations with our only vehicle. So I arrive and wait 2 hours during my appointment and they try to upsell me that my car requires a camber kit (adjustable bolts) and they could resolve this for me while my car is still positioned for $350. I wanted to confer with my mechanic who replaced everything with brand new parts so I decided not to move forward. He thought it was odd and recommended a second opinion. I took my car to LMP Automotive on Clarke that same afternoon and they showed me the numbers were vastly different than Vans printed to me and fully aligned me without the camber kit for $99 while assuring me I'd feel the difference since they test drove it & I did. I had the LMP technician help me make sense of this and he assured me no camber kit was necessary and the numbers (& feel) check out. See photos of the alignment #s between Vans vs LMP Automotive. I spoke to Vans management and they took it inhouse then called me back. In the end, Vans refunded $107 instead of $111 (3% credit card processing fee) and if they give me a full refund, I will update this to 2/5 stars. (Edited as promised) I'm pretty sure Vans did not test drive my vehicle after alignment, I vaguely remember that they called me telling me it was coming off the rack or something along those words but after speaking with management on this ordeal they assured me they do test drive. So I could be mistaken on the test drive but I don't know how they didn't notice if this was true. In conclusion, Vans charged $ to recognizably mess up my alignment while reporting false numbers, they re-examined their messed up alignment after 6 days, and incorrectly concluded alignment wasn't possible without paying another $350. There's a lot of logical gaps in the quality of service such as why the alignment was done in the first place if this kit was needed too (it wasn't). Or maybe a second set of eyes since an alignment was performed with a kit now being required? That would be a red flag to me for review if I were relaying this to a customer. This was a $99 job that would've cost over $450 if I didn't get a second opinion. I didn't ask if different techs worked on my car but I would hope that's standard operating procedure if customers immediately recognize things aren't correct but if there were 2 different technicians, both messed up - if I had the same technician, he may need some serious re-training. Unfortunately any answer I get won't help me trust the work being done on my vehicle again. I hope others have a better experience than me in the near future. One positive is that Vikki as the intake & manager was nice, a good communicator, and understanding.
