    I went here today to get a oil change on my truck, always go to valvoline to get this done because it’s usually quick and good service but today I thought something was off by the way they were handling my truck. So when I got home I took a look under the hood and they snapped and broke off a piece to my intake filter housing and stripped a bolt that connects my cover over the top of the engine. I am Beyond livid

    Colin was AMAZING!! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Micheal was slightly rude and brushed my concern off which wasn’t ok! Jen may have made a mistake with the price which is something I can over look but when I ask questions if she is unaware of the answer please seek it. Do not just answer with incorrect info. If you work at an oil changing location please be knowledgeable about the oil you have. I simply attempted to call back and ask a question about my recent transaction and was met with rude! I agree with sticking up for your employees but just hear me out!! The other employees were all in training and did an amazing job!!
