  I was able to stay in my vehicle while they worked on my oil change which was very nice. They performed checks with me like lights and what not which I've never done before. They also checked my tires which was a nice bonus. I was in and out in under 30 - 40 minutes. Great experience. I will be going back for future oil changes.

  If I could give 0 stars i would. Our oil was changed today. Supposedly. however, the oil is twice is full as it should be causing awful white smoke and engine sputtering, leaving us with an unusable car until they can “get around to fixing it”. If additional damage is done, like fouled spark plugs or a blown head gasket, i expect these things to be paid in FULL by valvoline. maybe then, I’ll give more stars. I am updating this review. A team came to my house and spent a good while fixing and checking everything. Offered appropriate reimbursement. The car appears to be running smoothly again. we are happy with the resolution thus far
