Needless to say I backed up and left after they took in the 3 rd car . After waiting almost an hour I left. Better management is needed. Thanks for wasting an hour of my time Valvoline! It’s very unfortunate I usually have good service here.
- MLMichael LoweOct 3, 20252.0They did not do the services they promised. I watched them the whole time and could see what they were and were not doing. Other than oil they did not check any fluids. They did not check any of my lights. My front head light was out and I was heading back from the auto part store with the replacement bulb laying next to me even. Yet the I saw them check that all lights were OK. They checked all fluids were OK but didn't check them. They claim they added windshield fluid but they did not. I saw that when I replaced my headlight bulb later that the wiper fluid was nearly empty and had to be filled by me. They wrote they reset the check oil light. They did not, it didn't need it. But at least they asked about it and looked at my dash. But they didn't actually do any reset. They didn't check the air pressure in any of my tires. Didn't even take plastic covers of the tires to pretend they checked. I came to valvoline to get an oil change specifically because they are supposed to do the maintenance check and it was not done.
