    So two visits to this location in the last 30 days two different vehicles and two major issues with the customer service and the persistent borderline harassment to add additional service that wasn't requested. When I first got there I inquired about a check engine light code and a standard oil change. However the technician was not knowledgeable nor cared about what I had to say. Furthermore, he ensured to ask me if l wanted to get a transmission fluid change and a power steering fluid change. I respectfully declined. Second visit different car same service requested oil change the car battery unexpectedly dies. Prior to my visit the car showed no signs of a weak or dead battery no lights were left on either. Then they proceeded to ask if I wanted my fluids flushed for over $200 absolutely not. Do

    I was greeted with a lot of smiling faces and was given the information needed for services on my vehicle. The first mistake was letting the person talk me into getting transmission fluid due to being over the 60k threshold. After I finally agree to it, he checked my lights to ensure they were good. I don’t know what transpired between the lights and getting the oil change first. But when they told me to start my car, my battery was dead. They kept telling me that it’s my fault and there had to be lights on. No, my vehicle was fine before I got there. Once they finished with my fluid change they stated they was done and to turn the car on. My battery was still dead and I needed a jump both times they asked me to start the car. One guy even said that we should’ve had her get a new battery before paying for the transmission. I was highly upset at spending unnecessary money in the moment. Then they went to check my internal filter. The guy did not completely put my glove compartment back correctly so it did not close fully when I left the facility. Smh. I didn’t notice it until after I went to go get a new battery and needing my documents out of it. That’s when I realized they didn’t put it back in properly. I then had to drive back for Valvoline for them to fix the compartment. I won’t be going back to this location.

    I first called ahead to the Waldorf location to make sure they had the oil and filter for my oil change in and someone of the phone said they were in stock. I go to the location only to be told they do not have oil in stock and was sent to another location in LaPlata, MD. They did the oil change but never reset my oil light and didn't know how to reset even after i tried for 20 minutes. Not so good of a trip this time!
