It was my first time at this place my experience was very good and everything was very king to me . besides everything ,they gave me a discount to wash my car and an extra discount for my next service
I've been going to Valvoline for years and the service is always professional, friendly, and consistent. The techs are knowledgeable and Courteous. I love how I can go in for service and be out within minutes. You have a customer for life.

Absolutely RIDICULOUS Customer Service and Deceptive Reimbursement Process
My experience with Valvoline has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I would give zero stars if possible. The sheer disrespect and incompetence in handling a situation they caused is staggering.
During an oil change visit back in July, Valvoline personnel wrongly guided me, resulting in damage to my vehicle. This is bad enough, but the ordeal that followed is completely unacceptable.
I have been fighting with Valvoline for almost three months for a reimbursement that should have been straightforward. The process has been drawn out, frustrating, and incredibly difficult, making me feel as if they are intentionally trying to wear the customer down.
To make matters worse and frankly, insulting, after months of back-and-forth, Valvoline unilaterally changed the amount of the reimbursement I was initially promised for the paid estimate & rental car. This is a clear display of treating customers with utter contempt, failing to honor their own commitments, and being completely untrustworthy.
If you value your time and expect even a minimal level of customer service and integrity, go somewhere else. Valvoline's treatment of customers is ridiculous, and their deceptive reimbursement practices are a disgrace. You should not have to fight for months to get what you are owed due to their error, only to have them change the terms at the last minute. Shameful.

Hit and miss. Sometimes this place is awesome; fast and professional. Right now, I’m in their bay getting ignored after 45 minutes waiting already. The guy popped my hood then disappeared. Clearly, he doesn’t care.
