Very knowledgeable and informative about what services I had previously done. That was much appreciated. She helped me find the coupon on my phone for a $15 discount. Thank you Tamara!! Wasn't trying to "upsell", just laid the facts on the line. I did up buying an engine/air filter. Not from any pressure from her mind you, she just held my current filter up to a new one. Yeah, I knew needed one. And from how she was handling the whole service, I was happy to get a new one! Service was prompt, quick & I was in and out of there in a satisfactory time. Overall, great experience!! I will be back to the Valvoline service center on Dixie Highway in Fairfield, Ohio ;-)

- SSShane StillwellNov 3, 20251.0Right tag light was replaced. During replacement, they must have broken the snap that holds the light housing in. Light housing now will not stay clipped in, and is constantly falling out and hanging. Was not notified of this by any of the techs.
