    Been coming here for years, some staff has changed but ive never had a bad experience. They always go above and beyond and whenever ive asked for explanations for some of the things they as as it pertains to upselling they are always honest as to what has a benefit and what really doesnt have a benefit. 10/10 service.

    The battery they sold me 9 months ago failed. It was warranted for 3 years, but when I took the battery and receipt to them they refused to honor the warranty. I ended up going to Les Schwab and purchased a new battery. I will never go back to Valvoline. Carla
