Very nice people on the phone but unwilling to assume responsibility for maintenance errors. If you need your oil change, beware, you may not have a car worth driving after you leave. How does a car get an oil change on day and then have melted plastic in the engine within 500 miles? They reject any responsibility and support. You can't trust shops that do work like this and leave you stranded, you would be better off at another location. $200 oil change and air filter will cost me an engine, shame on companies like this for not taking responsibility for the service they provide. Play the video, in 500 miles, this is what could happen to your car, would you really trust a company that says "Not our fault" when this happens?

The gentleman helping told me I couldn’t get free air it would be 9.99 which I was okay with paying it was an emergency. Before he proceeded to charge me I asked him can he please put air fist to see if the tire would hold air . He said he couldn’t so I paid no PROBLEM he put air and the tire did not hold air. I told him that’s why I wanted the air first to see now you charged me 10 dollars and I’m still stranded cause the tire didn’t hold airs his response was the tire was already damaged. I know it is I wanted air I am willing to pay for it but not get ripped off for 10 dollars and still not be able to drive it! Who is managing this place !!????!!
