  I have been getting Valvoline oil changes for about 20 years, and I recently moved from 92128 to 92131 and so I went to this location by the H mart. I asked if they could repair my strike plate that was hanging low enough to scrape over speedbumps and they said okay. They finished and I drove away and the strike plate came loose while I was driving and made a terrible noise. I drove it back there and the manager told me they never should have touched it and it's their new policy to never touch strike plates. Okay. So I had to drive it to the dealership with the strikeplate dragging to have them fix the strike plate. Okay. As days went on I realized they also never refilled my wiper fluid. It made me thibk about how different the previous location had been up in Carmel Mountain. That place functioned like they had their act together. But this Mira Mesa location by the hmart took twice as long and they didn't seem to care at all. This was a while ago and I didn't want to write a review the same day I went through all of that. Today I realized I need an oil change and I might just bring it to the dealership for oil changes now because I can't be fooling around with unprofessional nonsense. Recent reviews at this location since my own bad experience there suggest this one may be in a steep decline. I wouldn't let them wash a car at this point.

  One of the greatest oil change experience is ever Antonio and Louise were a great help. The service was super quick since I was in a hurry and they gave me recommendations and helped me out. Great customer service quick timing.
