Furthermore, windshield fluid was not replenished. Before departing, I addressed the matter with several individuals who, despite not working on the vehicle, were collecting payment. I presented the low fluid warning indicator, which was dismissed with a claim of fluid replenishment. During this service, the air filter was not inspected, and tire pressures were entered into the system without physical verification. A representative, upon collecting payment, inspected the fluid reservoir and asserted it was full. Immediately after exiting the service bay, I visually inspected the reservoir and documented its empty state. The aforementioned individuals then suggested a system malfunction, with one individual proposing the use of a toothpick for diagnosis.
