I had an HP-2011 oil filter, I brought in with me this morning. 8'5-25. I had the same filter already on my 2012, F-150, 5.0. They told me they couldn't install it, because it didn't match their data. Well, I called Auto Zone to verify my filter from Amazon. Auto Zone said that it was the correct one, HP-2011! Then when I drove away after having them rotate my tires, there was a clicking when I pressed on the brakes. I pulled my L front tire off, and bent the 1/3 Rotor shroud back a bit, that took care of the clicking. When the employee tried to mt my rim back on, he must've hit the shroud, just a bit and bent it?! They had trouble loosening the lugs. When they used the cheater bar, they didn't have the bar on the end of the 18" rachet, they had it all the way to the ratchet. I was blown away! They think they know what they're doing....but I beg to differ. These are the reason, that I have always worked on my own vehicles. I DO NOT trust anyone. I'm 66 and have been working on my car's since 1975. I will not go back and I will again work on my vehicles myself.
