He does not know how to talk, because he talked very, very little. Not warm or inviting whatsoever. I've changed my oil here at this location many times and had little to no problem. Then , I experienced this guy. He NEEDS to be changing my oil, NOT face-to-face with the customers!! If I get him again, I will just role pass.

They said, “someone else must have done it.” It lasted for about a year, but we’d have to take the vehicle to a special shop for an oil change because of the plug saver. Finally the oil pan just started leaking, and we paid $3000 to get it fixed. Got the run around from everyone at every turn. Thank you, Valvoline.

This was frustrating enough to make me want to leave and go somewhere else.
