They make it impossible to get an oil change for under $100, absolutely ripped me off. $30 is a convenience charge for me to not do my own oil change. Over $50 is highway robbery. The Assistant Manager got mad when his sales tactics failed. He failed to sell me any additional services or add-ons and after his last failed attempt, he chucked my air filter at my 11 year old plastic intake manifold. Luckily he didnt break it, but his negligence could've lead to an unnecessary repair bill for Valvoline and could've added unnecessary inconvenience of disabling my vehicle. GET IT TOGETHER VALVOLINE!
