Appears to be different crew than I am used to. Absolutely abysmal performance. Absolute lack of urgency. Multiple people standing around waiting to be told what to do next. 45 min wait in the bay and have just started on the 2nd vehicle (vehicle 1 was here, vehicle 2 arrived same time as myself). 5 visible employees and only 1 vehicle serviced at a time. Terrible.
On the day I went, I was impressed by several things. The largest impression I was left with was the high level of professionalism, positivity, and teamwork amongst ALL staff that were working that day. It was respectful and it was clear all members believed in each others abilities. They problem solved together and communicated well and worked cohesively. This kind of respect, especially with women present in roles "not traditionally seen for women", was awesome to see and is how every business should aim to be! My CSR, William, was excellent, as well as Pauline, Landon and the ENTIRE crew that Saturday morning. This made my first experience one that encourages me to use Valvoline again. Their skills were top notch, and for a busy day and for the services I got done, I was impressed on the timeframe - I spent a lot more time at the dealer. I have a hectic life schedule right now and I need a service like this that was friendly, efficient, professional, and skilled. I got all of those things at my experience. I also appreciated NOT being sold other services! This whole Saturday crew deserves huge recognition from
Corporate!

Been coming here for almost 10 years. Staff is always friendly, quick service and gives suggestions on what may be needed with no pressure to purchase.

I’ve gone here for years without issues, yesterday was different. I took my son’s car in for a routine oil change, everything seemed smooth until I was driving home and the car lost power, I couldn’t go above 20 mph, the throttle wasn’t working properly. I got home and popped the hood and the air intake hose was disconnected still, so the air was bypassing the filter that they checked for dirt and neglected to reconnect the hose. So I reconnected the hose and tightened the clamp figuring it would solve the issues. It did not! I took it back to Valvoline today and they cleared the code and basically said good luck. Now this car is throwing throttle error codes, and the throttle issues persists, and it never did this before this oil change. I understand people make errors, we’re human, but now I’m liable for someone else’s mistake??
