  I can confirm the other negative reviews. I ordered a sectional sofa. It arrived missing a seat. So I had to wait a week with pointing metal brackets sticking out and kids playing around them. Then they arrived, tried forcing the piece in and bent the bracket. They had to order a new piece. We waited 3 weeks for a new piece to arrive. They showed up saying they were here to exchange the console piece. I didn't have the bent one they took. So after wasting time making phone calls and questioning why I didn't have the piece, he plopped it down off the brackets and I said they didn't line up and he said the guys who put it together didn't line it up and I would have to move the whole couch. So not willing to help me move it, he got he signature and got to go home. Now I need to ask family or friends to help me move a sectional to do the job they were supposed to do. These workers are truly astounding. I am going to Harbor Freight from now on. You shoud too!
