  Quick and easy buying process, location wasn't packed or overwhelming which I like. Oh and the fact I could get the bench I been wanting on sale was AWESOME! VCF do have good sales here and there.

  The company called to tell me, the day before delivery, that the entire middle section of the couch I ordered in May was on backorder until November! It was available at time of ordering. So now I have 1/2 a couch for 4 more months. Not happy. Also, the delivery team was supposed to be at the house between 8am-11am and showed up at 7:30am. I wasn’t even awake yet! So, yeah, not very happy to get woken up earlier than scheduled and only have 1/2 a couch delivered!

  I brought the new immersive sound couch and loveseat and let me tell you if it weren't for Karen Hytchye at Value City Springdale location I would have told them to keep the set and return my money. The way she stepped up and fought for our delivery to be delivered on the day it was promised just blew my mind. I love the way Karen Hytchye worked for us. I will always shop with her.
