When I brought it home and discovered some broken wires and connectors for the reclining motors, it was very easy to set up a service call. The service tech Jermaine was just as friendly, knowledgeable and patient as he replaced the motors. Sectional works just as it should now!

The staff was friendly and helpful, but the day before it all was supposed to be delivered I got a call that the ottoman was delayed a few days. I was not concerned because time was not an issue. The sectional was delivered and assembled and then the following day the store called and said they had no more ottomans in stock and I now was not able to get the matching set. Their way of making it right was to refund me for the ottoman I already purchased. Never mind that I bought the four piece sectional because it matched. They said I was welcome to just buy another one. No offer of a discount for the inconvenience. No offer to come and take back the incomplete order that I was unhappy with. They simply refunded part of the purchase and now I have 3/4 of a living room set. I just think it was very unprofessional to sell something and only after it’s partly delivered cancel the order and make no effort to satisfy the customer.
