I had called on the 6th day and told me that is only 5 days to add warranty and they can’t do nothing about it!!! This is how they treat a customer that spend almost $4,000!!! Shame on you!!

The communication for my delivery was communicated to me leading up to 10 minutes before arrival of my delivery. The two delivery guys were very professional and efficient. SUPERB CUSTOMER THROUGHOUT THIS ENTIRE EXPERIENCE! Thank you Value City Furniture
- PIPeitro IaconelliOct 7, 20251.0I'm sorry that this is a bad review but I went to Value Furniture in early September to pick out a recliner found one that I really liked. Paid right around $650 for it. They told me it would be 3 to 4 weeks for delivery I said okay. 3 weeks past they call me and tell me it will be at least till the end of October before I get it they said come on in and pick out another recliner see if you like one.I went back did not like one I said I'll keep the one with the high back. So two days ago they called me and said the recliner will not be available until December. I even begged them to sell me the floor model and they refused. So I canceled my order went to Bex Furniture in Homewood picked out a recliner was able to get the floor model today and it is now in my basement so I can watch my 75 in TV set
- MRMonae ROct 1, 20251.0Where do I start after spending x amount of $ my husband and I received whatever mattress the associate picked out ( not what we actually picked ) after our order was placed we were told our bedroom set would be delivered next year! The excuse was the message didn’t get delivered because the associate had gone home for the day, and this is the reason we weren’t told. How do you guys even think this is ok for customers??? The whole “she is new” mistake happens well keep new workers off certain task especially when it comes to my hard earned dollars l. This whole experience has been horrible never in my entire life would we be spend another $ with This company at all.
